All shareholders are entitled to have a say in where this venture will go from the mob on the land to the tax that will be charged. Your opinion matters and unlike other investments where you are merely investing and letting others do as they please, I would like to hear what you as a shareholder would like to see happen.





                                      Terms & Conditions 

These terms and conditions will apply to all shareholders from the moment each share is purchase. As part of your commitment to this venture it is important that you understand that there can risk and rewards in this venture, by participating and investing in shares you understand that you like all shareholders are entitled to have a say within this venture. All titles of ownership is based on the shares you buy and it is based on that ownership that you will receive dividend payments.

Your privacy is up to you, if you do not want your details to be disclosed to anyone about the share ownership or your involvement, you are entitled to that. The fund however does not guarantee not to disclose your identity as an investor to other investors because it would fair to know who you will be entering this venture with.  

You will not be able to opt-out within the first 3 months due to there being many reasons, the first being that it may interrupt the focus of the venture. You will however be free to sell your share to anyone else and only after the 3 months no opting out period has passed will it be considered, which will be based on various factors, which range from the state of the available ped and the interruption it would cause to the venture. There will be no dividends paid in the first 2 months, it will all be invested in the land area to create a stability within the venture.
